Appraisals

Artwork will be appraised for the appropriate intended use related to the clients need.  Appraisals will be written in accordance to USPAP, the (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and Advisory Opinions).  Each client will receive a document, which includes a photographic  inventory of each piece with a corresponding description of the work, a statement of condition, an up-to-date value of each piece, provenance of the work and two copies for your records.

Fine Art Placement

Comer Art Advisory draws on a vast knowledge of visual art, art historical movements, and art history, to locate the highest quality fine art for our clients. We maintain relationships with artists, museums, and galleries nationwide and are aware of new developments in the local and national art scenes.

Curatorial Services

Comer Art Advisory provides curatorial expertise on modern and contemporary art of all mediums, including photography, printmaking, paintings, and sculpture. We will place thematic exhibitions of original artwork in galleries, lobbies and other exhibition spaces on a rotating basis. In addition, we will place the art in context through labels, wall text, and artist biographies.

Program Coordination

We will work with your organization to organize and coordinate visual art related programs for adults including panel discussions, lectures, and workshops with artists and arts professionals.
